Lots of questions as usual from the Community about Instaraise progress. The Instaraise team took part in a very interesting AMA session which included introductions, questions from twitter, and a live AMA session with the Crypto Library community. If you missed the AMA in person, read this recap for a deeper insight into Instaraise.

Let’s take a look at the most interesting points of our conversation.

INTRODUCTION
Crypto Library Team : So, before we start the AMA could you please introduce yourself to our community?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : Hi again, this is Dibyo, Cofounder of Instaraise. Been into crypto space for a long now. Building Products for the Tezos ecospace.

Aditya Gautam (Instaraise) : Hello everyone, I am Aditya Gautam I am the CTO and tech driver at Instaraise. Have been in tech for around 6 plus years. Worked a great deal of time for hewlett packard Enterprise R&D and have spent last two years at tezos working for Tezos foundation as well as Tezsure.
and have developed and artichitected more than 8+ products in my stint.
FIRST SEGMENT (HOST)
Crypto Library Team : What is Instaraise? and how can projects use Instarise?

Aditya Gautam (Instaraise) : Instaraise is a first-ever decentralized Initial DEX Offering ( IDO ) platform built on top of Tezos. The platform allows token-based projects in Tezos to raise funds by setting up a swap pool based on a fixed purchase rate for tokens. Anyone can use our presale Infrastructure and use the owner console to start their presale with the help of our verified Smart Contracts. Our presale facilitation console will be very configurable from the project owners' perspective. But, only explicitly whitelisted Pools will be listed in our platform for the IDO Facilitation with our UI. Explicit whitelisting takes time and proper due diligence from our side to make sure the project is verified and KYC'ed properly. We believe in empowering projects by helping them to strategize and bring more visibility to the Tezos ecosystem. Providing the Explicitly whitelisted projects a go-to presale strategy for crafting their sale params and do a successful presale.

Crypto Library Team : What problems does Instaraise want to solve? And what advantages does your platform offer?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : Currently, there are no IDO platforms on the tezos platform and the defi product release ecosystem has started taking place with this a lot of projects would look for an opportunity to raise funds. Rugpull scams (where a seller steals money from a presale and runs) are rampant and can cost the community tens of millions of dollars, and there is currently no way to prevent them. Presales are risky for investors because they have no promise or guarantee that bad actors will not steal their funds or liquidity. There is no platform that ensures the liquidity locking for a particular provider in an autonomous manner.

Crypto Library Team :  Please tell us about Instaraise token $INSTA! What are the token use-case, When will the pre-sale start? And how to participate in the pre-sale?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : There is a bunch of incentivisation with our token $INSTA. First and foremost the Pool weighted scores that will help you to get allocation on Presales are achieved by Staking INSTA in our in-house staking Dapp which not only gives you allocation but incentivise you with farming new INSTA for you. The tentative date for presale is 15 Aug. The participation will be on a first come first serve basis. The Presale will be in our own platform only. First we’ll have a community presale at private sales price and the public round that is to be scheduled shortly after that.

Crypto Library Team : Could you give us some information about your roadmap, your milestones, and also your future plans?

Aditya Gautam (Instaraise) : To understand our details please visit through our docs at:
To understand our roadmap please visit the following link
The motive of our product was to build a product made for communit. If u have any questions or suggestion feel free to shoot us at:
Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : Our Roadmap is structured with a lot of innovation in IDO platforms including NFTs and Yield Farming. But to give you a glance we are coming up with our own staking and farming solution in-house which actually makes the community to invest more and earn too in the same time.
SECOND SEGMENT (TWITTER)
Crypto Library Team : Can users/token holders of your platform participate in project governance? What kind of decisions can they make? How do you ensure fairness in the decision-making process between small and large token holders?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : Users can’t decide the Project listing we are in the process of building a dedicated council of Tezos OGs who decide what can be listed with the feasibility check of the projects. But yeah, we are thinking to go with this DAO approach once we stabilise with the ecospace.

Crypto Library Team : Can you give a quick overview of tokenomics and token supply? Will there be any form of burn and buyback? What is it that Instaraise is trying to achieve and does it include any form of scarcity paths such as stake, Store, or burn?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : Our tokenomics is explained well here in our docs :
As of now there is staking provisions which will yield good incentives for the users and make it scarce for time being .. the Rewards and staking amount are balanced well to make token performs well.
THIRD SEGMENT (LIVE QUESTIONS)
Crypto Library Team : What is the relationship between Instaraise and Twin Apex Capital? And how can we know in-depth about your platform?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : The invested in our Project.

Crypto Library Team : Tell me how Instaraise might transform the fundraising sector if you believe Instaraise is the face of giving. What are the key issues that Instaraise seeks to address with its launchpad,IDO platform, and traditional fundraising platforms? Which of the issues is the most pressing?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : We at Instaraise are more concerned of giving the chance to the retail and small investors to be a part of a project in early phase and make the token more distributed. It actually helps the token to perform well and we also mitigate the problem of rugpull in the IDO platforms that happens more often in other places. We make the LP provision automated and transparent.

Crypto Library Team : What is the difference between your projects and projects that are on the market? the potential of the your project that the client will receive using your software that other projects do not have?

Aditya Gautam (Instaraise) : Normally, IDO platforms are just fundraising platforms for projects. We provide 360 degree option as well i.e from incubation to fundraising for private and public rounds for the project. If u are a blockchain enthusiast and have a sucessfull product we can help u get to market from scratch.

Crypto Library Team : I will invest in you. However, there are many fake websites or Page. So how can I recognize your website or page? Please share your website link.

Aditya Gautam (Instaraise) : Haha fair question a legit project always keeps all the info public even smart contract as well as team. Which we have made familiar and open to all. TO invest in our project you go to https://www.instaraise.io

Crypto Library Team : Is your platform suitable for Crypto beginners? Or does it only appeal to professional users?

Dibyo Majumder (Instaraise) : I am here to help anyone, If u're a noob just ping me I will give u a walkthrough. While the platform is made very simple and easy to use for any users.
